Return Policy

Singh Medical Supplies accepts most new, unopened items for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipment date. Because your timeframe is limited, we recommend inspecting your package upon receipt so you can address any issues immediately.

Non-Returnable Items : Stockings, Prosthesis, Wound Care, Blood Glucose Supplies, Urological Supplies, Ostomy Supplies, Bath Benches, Raised Toilet Seats, Commodes and custom items are not returnable.

To initiate a return, please email at info@singhmedicalsupplies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• Authorized by Singh Medical Supplies prior to shipping back


• Shipped at the customer’s expense


• In original, unopened, undamaged packaging*


• Received within 30 days of original shipment


• Within 5 months of its expiration date

Singh Medical Supplies will process your refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Singh Medical Supplies will issue the refund in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

If you cancel an order after Singh Medical Supplies has shipped it, your order will be subject to this policy.

* Per the FDA, we cannot accept opened items for return or exchange. If your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer for replacement.
